Effective weight loss can be achieved through a range of approaches. It’s not a case of the next diet, or sudden and abrupt change. Rather, we advocate a manageable process of small improvements to lifestyle and diet that can see effective results. We work with our community to educate and raise awareness of the simple steps that people can take to improve their health. This involves going into local schools and community events to spread the word. The BIG team are also regular contributors to BBC radio, to spread the message further than effective weight loss can be manageable and enjoyable.

We work with our clients to develop the best nutrition advice for effective weight loss. We are advocates of making small and sustainable steps, not trying to do everything at once. We’re not going to tell you what not to eat, rather we’ll help you track your current diet and then assess where changes might be made. We believe that if change is to be successful, then it must be manageable and sustainable. Our nutrition advice covers a wide range of areas.

It would be amazing to see a BIG Health and Fitness studio accessible to everyone. This has led to the development of a number of consultancy packages to work with other personal trainers and gyms, to find out how they could make their own fitness centres more accessible and inclusive.
